I understand that using a post epilogue save for Witch Hunt may cause 'plot flag' bugs. From what I've read I presume you can't give her the mirror at the gate to rekindle the romance, so I would have to give it to her in a post-epilogue save. I have done the Dark Ritual and saved the Golden Mirror and some gifts to romance Morrigan once she breaks up with you at the gates. Recently I downloaded Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and after hundreds of hours on my first playthrough, at this moment I'm saying goodbye to my companions at the gates of Denerim.
